Welcome to my practice! The first step in seeking help can often be the most daunting, so if this is your first time seeking support then well done, and rest assured you are in good hands.

All of us will face difficulties in our life at some point or feel that we might not be living up to our full potential. The important thing to remember is that you do not have to face these concerns alone.

I will work alongside you to help you gain deeper insights into your relationship patterns, experiences, and emotions, guiding you towards achieving your personal goals, uncovering your strengths and achieving a balanced, fulfilling life. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I hope to create a space where you can feel safe and supported in exploring and addressing your concerns.

Outside of work, I cherish time spent with family and friends, travelling, hiking, and going to the theatre. I am an avid consumer of podcasts and books, and I love to find glimmers of joy in the small things in life. I look forward to working with you.
