About me
Welcome to my practice. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if this is your first experience with therapy, so if you're here, you've already taken an important first step.
As a psychologist in Goodwood, Adelaide, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, work stress, burnout, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting parents, busy professionals, and people who spend so much time caring for others that they struggle to prioritise their own wellbeing.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in trauma-informed practice. Together, we'll explore the experiences, patterns, and challenges that may be holding you back, while building on your existing strengths to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel understood and empowered to move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling, hiking, going to the theatre, and finding joy in the small things. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
